  • I must say I am sorry what has happened here in my home state of va...but I have to admit I feel sorry for those in the other states...look how many lives have been lost and tht lil 3 yr old is missing its so sad

  • That's my neighborhood.. I've been away from my home and family for a while and I wasn't there while this tornado hit, but when my mom texted me I was terrified for my family and seeing all the different videos of the destruction is just so scary and emotional... I hope that everyone out there is safe and is recovering! May God bless you all and keep you in good care!

  • @theCrazyDshow Thanks noone was hurt thank God for that, the mess is mostly cleaned up by now. Take care my friend!

  • Great video. I did not think I had to worry about tornadoes in this area but now staying more aware of changing weather patterns. Thanks!

  • Wow! A lot of familiar places! I lived within a mile or two of that path!

  • 2 WSW STUARTS DRAFT AUGUSTA VA 3801 7907 TORNADO CONFIRMED EF-1. MAX WINDS 95 MPH. MAX PATH WIDTH 300 YRDS. PATH LENGTH 4 MILES. NUMEROUS TREES SNAPPED. SEVERAL BARNS DEMOLISHED. (LWX)

  • Thanks for the video. I went through there today and there is still damage, but a lot has been cleaned up. I heard cranberry estates was hit the hardest and you only saw root balls. quick clean up for such a nasty stituation. This is a great video. I could take some pointers from you on how to do the wording.

  • @73bubbie Thanks

  • I grew up in Iowa and have a very healthy fear of tornadoes. This proves why. Thanks for the video and sharing it, and thanks to Sharon Cole for putting it up on Facebook, so I view it. I'm sitting very safely up in Edmonton, AB, Canada, where tornadoes are a rarity, and I thank God for that.

  • As a past Stuarts Draft resident I know God is very much a part of this community. If God wasn't, the personal injuries would have been unimaginable.Thank You for your video and may God Bless the community

  • So sad...i lived in Stuarts Draft and Fishersville 6 yrs. ago, although i am now in Oklahoma. We had tornado's this week as well. Thanks for the video...Our prayers are with you all. Thankful that no one was hurt in that area...

  • Thank you Simon. I think you did a great job. I was totally unaware. We lost power in Greenville at the other end of Indian Ridge about the same time. I used it as an excuse to take a nap. Kind of glad I missed it and saved myself alot of worry.

  • Great video. Thanks for sharing it. I was in town when my wife called and told me about it, so I took Indian Ridge Road home to Ridgeview Acres and saw the damage about the time this was filmed. I haven't heard if there were any injuries. Do you know?

  • @chrisbernierva Thanks! No injuries that I am aware of.

  • This is ridiculous, a lot of houses and barns were destroyed and flooded and everybody comments that words were spelt wrong. Get a grip. This video was made to show the damage done. And, I'm pretty sure people in my town do have God in our lives. I hate people who preach like you. You are on Youtube. No one wants to hear you preach. We go to church we don't need you.

  • Correction) Based on facebook records the Tornado must have touched down around 2:24 P.M. and not after 3:00 P M as it declares in the video when one Stuarts Draft status update declares we have lost power!

  • all i know is this wasnt nothing, people in your town better start seeking God cause the end is near.

  • I think that's spelled roughly...

  • Ruffly, huh?
