This is Soviet style governance. That there was such an attempt to cover it up by party loyalists all over the country does not speak well of the party. If they don't clean house soon, they will be marginalized farther. For the sake of the country and its people, demand more accountablility from your elected officials.
I'm a Democrat but I wish this guy would have run for either a House seat or the open US Senate seat in New Mexico. This guy is a credit to the Republican party. Anyway, if Barack Obama is watching, consider this guy as attorney general.
Gilgamesh73, I totally agree with you. I am disappointed that the Supreme court supported the Voter I.D. law. The November 2008 election is only five months away. We must find ways to insure that all citizens will be able to vote.
Thanks for covering the U.S. Attorney Scandal issue and so-called "voter fraud" issue. Please cover how Voter I.D. laws recently upheld by the Supreme Court might disenfranchise voters in November 2008 and what remedies voters might take - especially if they don't have the necessary papers to get a voter I.D. in their state.
Thanks for your thoughtful and excellent news coverage.

The law was COMPLETELY uncalled for. There has never been one single case of voter fraud in the state of Indiana. Not one...

if more freakin people would participate in this fraudulent system, then it would be easier to cheat, without getting caught.
