  • They are paddle sifters for a CVT.

  • I own a 2011 Legacy 2.5 Limited. I agree with every comment he made. Quite surprised by how close my review would match his......

  • Personally, I liked the Legacy, especially the AWD system, but I also like the Camry, it rides great, I think it's an excellent comfortable sedan. but I flat out hated the Accord it rides funny and has poor handling. This reviewer is too biased though people like different things, I hate it when people think everyone should like what they like, and do what they do.

  • Although this Subaru only has 170 stock horsepower; the paddle shifters are useful when you put the subaru to its real test, and that is in the mountain roads doubling the speed limit signs and grinning the whole time.

  • This has to be one of the worst reviews on such a cool car.

I was hopping to see under the hood and specs like mpg.

Engagement fail if you ask me.

    Fire this Tool!

  • I'd rather have the Camry or Accord.

  • Used to work @ a dealership back in 2001 and I had the pleasure as I like to refer to it to drive an older model (bak then it wasn't that old) and it was such a JOY to drive it. Fun to drive, simple, etc.

I'd give it a chance N to the best of my knowledge it has good quality and durability. GIVE IT A CHANE. FIND OUT ON OUR OWN INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO GOSSIP OR BELIEVING MAGAZINES.

I did NOT work for a Subaru dealership; it had just come off a lease. Used to drive bunch of different cars.

  • The paddle shifters are useful when overtaking or climbing a mountain. I know you can do that with the lever too but paddle shifters will be more convenient in this age, where most people are not used to rowing their own gears.

  • Great review!

  • The review sucked (just like the paddle shifters on the legacy) but the car is quite interesing n the man did have a point about the blandness n boring rep of the usual suspects in this segment accord camry (altima) etc...

  • Not the best review for sure, but Legacy is great car and definitively better choice than Camry or Accord. Now Camry and Accord are good cars, don't get me wrong but Legacy is better choice. Rides better, handles better just as reliable if not maybe more and boxer engines are great, and on top of it Subaru's all wheel drive system works better than almost any other manufacturers 4WD or AWD.

  • Lousy review

  • How is this is a review? We should buy one because you don't see many of them? That's pretty much the only reason you gave.

  • Great color but the display on dash is hard to make out.

Good review but wish it was more detailed.

  • this thing looks like a Chevy Cruze from the side

  • the other guy is better... this guy can't drive and talk very well

  • I actually see a lot of subaru's where i live

  • Most pointless video ever. Not informative, completely biased, nothing but a stab at the hallmarks. I don't get the reference to his toothbrush either. I don't even understand how he could have friends, let alone any that would actually ask for his advice. He's clearly mid-life crisis material, wanting to excite his commute and didn't consider that maybe all his friend's needs are just that, and not AWD dynamics. It makes me want to throw up and die just knowing he's so close, lurking around OC

  • i thought he said "subaru homo" lol

  • I have a handbrake in my Subaru- but only a fool would use it how you want to vothry, because it would wreck the center diff.

  • Great review...very honest. I like that.

  • Hey...Eye's on the road please. :)

  • I wish I could have 3 Camry`s in a row ...

  • drop 2 gears duh!

  • You keep telling us how it strays from the mainstream family sedan. HOW? You can't give us an introductory paragraph without any fleshed-out body paragraphs.

  • This guy thinks just like me in terms of all the average cars.

  • NO HAND BRAKE. Subaru's a bitch for that one.

  • @vothry Every manual equipped (which this particular car isnt and thus I can't speak for it) has been equipped with a hand brake. No idea what your going on about. Both the Subaru's I've owned including my current Subie have hand brakes.

  • @maddog392 They have electronic handbrakes now, at least in the new Legacys. I can't put in the link but check out the interior photo gallery on Subaru's websites.

  • i was looking forward for you to give us WHY its so different from camry/accord other than the AWD...

  • well, camry is boring

  • This wasn't much a review as much of a commercial

I love subarus but I want to see numbers

    Horse power

    Torque

    Gas mileage

    Price

    O-60

    100-0

My 1986 Subaru wagon 4x4 has 207k miles and has never gave me any grief

  • @crammage these guys always seem to do that they just gush over a car for a bit and point out one little thing the don't like but dont give any info or thoughts to compare the cars

  • @echofro i can see that

  • Nice review!

  • Wish Subaru would make a Spec. B model

    WRX Owner

  • First!
