pains me to watch this, sooo many happy years i spent at the gay meadow

unfortunately in an era of fat cat chairman who want these modern stadiums we have to accept that all our grounds are under threat.

Gay Meadow was a great little stadium and a fab & traditional away end that gave out to a great atmosphere. Unfortunately now your in a 1 design fits all stadium with little atmosphere.

Goodluck, but Gay medow like other grounds gone before it, Highbury, Baseball, Roker, Victoria Ground (Stoke), Maine Road, Highfield Road, and now Millmoor are sadly sadly missed.

Building houses on there will be a huge mistake. STFC moved from there 'cos it kept flooding.

They could have at least stayed there for 3 more years, so it would be 100 years at the gay meadow....such a shame...it was a great little, old stadium....haven't been to the new meadow at all, can't be bothered now

I go to Wakeman... GRRR, I saw my Church (Football Turms I Guess) Get knocked down. It is soo anoying. And for what? A massive field of Mud... Its never going to hold flats! It was a Bloomin Lake :(
