I don't see how covering the logo makes you more discreet. Unless they know what a leica is but if they know what a leica is that won't stop them from recognizing it.

I have to ask. Isn't the M9 a Manual Focus Only. How do you focus while holding the flash. I'm guess you just set it to a distance. Thanks mate. Your awesome!

@DJFADERAL correct, set it to f11-16 and set the hyperfocal distance or the zone distance you expect to be from your subject and you're set.

Eric, Congrats on the M9! It's an incredible camera. About a year ago, I sold all of my digital gear and bought an MP and I have never looked back. For street photography, I don't think it gets any better than an M, weather it be digital or film.

@epohnopulse covering the logos is just a way to protect it from getting stolen when street shooting... thieves are more likely to steal the name brand cameras more so if they cant even see what brand it is they are less likely to steal it or theyll probably think it isnt worth much
