Barbra was always afraid her voice would change if she got a nose job, but nose jobs do not effect your vocal chords, just your breathing...ROZ has the same look with a smaller nose...

Well "cool" is subjective, but I'm gonna guess you aren't real familiar with Barbra's music huh? She has sung countless little fun gems like these. All you need to do is check out her earlier stuff; "This Thing Called Love", "When in Rome", "Love is a Bore" just to name a few.
