This is very interesting, and I had heard parts of this info before, but Eva Marie Saint is a very clean cut good looking lady. I always thought she was possibly at her smoothest look in North By Northwest. Sleek looking smooth blonde clean cut look. Reminds me of a gal just stepped out of the shower.

@gnsback Hi, yes she was lovely. I think " North by Northwest " was the best she looked and acted. She had a subtle, elegant; but noticeable presence. And to think she had just had her 2nd child when she made the movie; but look at her figure / bodyshape ! In a way she was similar to Janet Leigh ( both beautiful and classy women ). Regards.
