@Valdon2 make sure that when u start the raiz you are streching your arms to sides (by pushing your chest out) if your arms are not open or your chest is in, you're going to swing through and do an 'au amazonas'

when I try this I always end up doing a backflip swing through... like i start off right but as soon as I get to the rotation part I'm already facing backwards, do you have any tips?
