Hi!! I know avoiding sugar is one of the most important part for people who are fat and want to loose weight... but i am naturally very thin.. i weigh 69 kgs with 180cms height.. i want to put on some few kgs of muscle mass.. so do i also have to avoid sugar?? cuz no matter how much sweets i eat i dont seem to put on any weight, muscle or fat..

@MrNikhil00005 Hi Nikhil if your idea is to get in great shape then along with your current cardip plan you also need to incorporate weight training into your routine ,weight training/resistance training will help you help shape your body,dont worry you will not get big by lifting weights as long as long as you follow a high calorie diet ..check out more videos on my channel - regards raghav :-)

@martinsaram Yeah the idea is to drop your body fat to 6 percent to see clear visible abs, so here is what you can do ....reduce your current calorie intake by 200 - 300 calories and divide rest of your calorie intake into 8 small meals, make sure you keep your protein intake high so muscle loss can be minimal.....check out more videos on my website or my channel ......regards raghav :-)

i dont eat any of those things that have sugar in them and i eat whole wheat everything,, bread, cereal... i barely eat all day though, is this healthy/good to get a toned body? i dont drink soda, i drink water or sparkling water... as ive said in another of your videos, i eat grilled chicken mostly and veggies. once in a great while i eat 2 grilled chicken wraps from mcdonalds...i eat alot of greens.i love greens...and ive been lifting for over 2 months and showing barely no results. ...

@wtffgigi depends how much you work out. if it's not intensive workout for long periods of time, you'll never be able to burn away the calories you get from your fast food. best thing = avoid fast food completely if you're to be healthy!

The thing is I am thinking about getting a Whey Protein product and I just want to know if it has any sideeffects and is there an alternative... My diet gets all other minerals, nutrition and carbs but lacks at protein so.
@born2model3d Hey man thanks a lot :-))...to be honest i really didn't find any significance difference in my body when i consumed protein shakes and i think natural protein works the best,even if you are vegetarian you still have good sources of protein like low fat cottage cheese,tofu,soya,but just make sure that you consume natural protein or even protein shakes on regular basis to see a significant difference ....regards raghav :-)

Great tip. I've lost a lot of inches not eating sugar. My skin is better too! I seriously do not crave sugar anymore. I basically have sugar on special occasions now like a birthday or holiday etc. Also I'm a firm believer that it's 85% diet and 15% workout. And that traditional cardio like running make you fat in the long run.

Hey man, i just went through a surgery on my knee and i can't move my right leg, but i don't want to discontinue my exercises. So would u be able to suggest any exercise that i could do to still work on my abs?? Thanx :)

@wtffgigi depends how much you work out. if it's not intensive workout for long periods of time, you'll never be able to burn away the calories you get from your fast food. best thing = avoid fast food completely if you're to be healthy!

WOW!!!! this is the only actual video in youtube that tells about the nutrion basis in loosing fat and gaining abs...Thanks man!! your really helping real people here!!! ill be watching more of your video and i subscribed!...Ive been training in mma for months now and i cant seem to get that shape in my body...ive been doing alot of cardio going to the gym for 5 days a week and getting into diets...but i never thought of sugar and breads and all that wheat...you really helpped me out man!! tnx!!

The thing is I am thinking about getting a Whey Protein product and I just want to know if it has any sideeffects and is there an alternative... My diet gets all other minerals, nutrition and carbs but lacks at protein so.
BTW I am a Vegetarian.

@born2model3d Hey man thanks a lot :-))...to be honest i really didn't find any significance difference in my body when i consumed protein shakes and i think natural protein works the best,even if you are vegetarian you still have good sources of protein like low fat cottage cheese,tofu,soya,but just make sure that you consume natural protein or even protein shakes on regular basis to see a significant difference ....regards raghav :-)

@supermadmatt15 Hey Matt to be honest if i am on a strict diet ......which is not a low
calorie diet :-))....it probably takes around 30 days but thats because i maintain body fat close to 12 percent on regular......(if you are refering from the pics in the viddeo then that took approx 5 months :-))...check out more videos on my channel and i am sure you will like them too...regards raghav

Great tip. I've lost a lot of inches not eating sugar. My skin is better too! I seriously do not crave sugar anymore. I basically have sugar on special occasions now like a birthday or holiday etc. Also I'm a firm believer that it's 85% diet and 15% workout. And that traditional cardio like running make you fat in the long run.
