Looks really good! I'm just worried about a 3D book taking a lot more battery life than a 2D book app, but it's cool.

This is something we were focused on from the start of the project. We have written the engine so that it completely shuts down the animation system when nothing is moving on screen - so the CPU/GPU is basically idle most of the time. It only fires up when there is some kind of user interation (like a page turn), or transition (from the Main Menu into the Desk Reading position). In otherwords, it is far less power hungry than a typical 3D App.
