@wildbucky All Death albums are awesome (not exaggerating) , however the style differs from what you're listen to at this album (Leprosy) and their releases after Human. The first 3 albums (SBG, Leprosy, SH) are more brutal and in-your-face, while the others (Human, ITP,etc) are more technical. Their turning point imho is SH. Personally i would recommend getting this one (Leprosy) and Symbolic. If you end up liking the Leprosy sound more give "Massacre-From Beyond" a spin.

But as far as Death goes overall, I would say that their final album, The Sound Of Perseverance is a massive landmark as well. It's technical, lots of harmony lot's of great bridges and endless solo's. But Chuck's evolution as a guitarist was at an all time high for this one.
