Find yourself a green screen,record yourself in front of it. Key out the green.

Then you can put yourself in this clip (make sure you don't go over the borders, you might want to make yourself smaller so it will look like your further away from the cam)

(you need pro) well first, you take a blank gunbarrel and use green solid color and use the cookie cutter to make in a circle. then take a snapshot of it, then use the chroma keyer to key out the black, and turn the high and low thresholds all the way up. then use the event pan/crop and make the circle follow the hole in the middle. then set the opacity of the gunbarrel down to around 70, and put your actor underneath. set the composting mode of the green circle (that's why you need pro) to multiply, and render to new track using Ctrl+M. then put the new track on bottom, and use the cookie cutter in the gunbarrel in the hole, render it, and your done!

You can't use moviemaker... You have to use sony vegas, or some kind of adobe system... S0rry
