If the Banks or Lenders Modifies your loan, thena denies the modification, you have a Right to 1. Bankrupt on teh Foreclosure 2. do a short sale immediately.
It is best to put the house on the market while you are waiting for the Modification. that way if it denied, it is on the market and they ca not touch you because there is a intent to pay.- But file a Bank rupt on the Foreclosure. The judges are onl your self becasue the banks are not following the American Home Act for home Modifciations

BEWARE! my girlfriends house is now in forecloser after being denied the MHA plan. She made all the "trial payments" for 10 months. It took a lawyer to get an answer on the approval or denial, then they denied her and put all her "regular payments" into forecloser and the trial seperate. BOA told her she was supposed to make her full regualr payment during the trial period. now they want $14,000 in back payments. MAKE YOUR REGULAR PAYMENT IF YOU ARE ON THIS "TRIAL PERIOD" AND SAVE YOUR HOME!
Great video! Is the Loan Modification offer their best offer? Can the Banks/Lender do better on their offer? I'm sure any amount lower than your previous or current amount is better but can they offer better?
