Rice-Burner Fail

This is an early 90s civic.. unless I'm seeing the pixels wrong.

These cars only made around 90hp new.. and only ran 19's on the 1/4. They were very slow.

20:11 is about right for an old car with what 200,000+ miles or so? Unless people are making fun of the car just because it is slow, how is this a fail? The time is consistent with the car.
