this active valve closing is exactly why you have to be wealthy to ride a Ducati, because you have to throw down 6k a year timing the desmodromic. Italians are such fetishists, whether your talking about religion, women, food, cars or motorcycles, its great and ridiculous at the same time, but mostly ridiculous.
