  • This is bullshit, if your convicted, meaning found GUILTY, then you should NOT have the right to sue for anything. You shouldnt have any freaking rights at all. This is complete bullshit, they should be grateful, they arent executed to save our tax dollars, so we can spend it on something that has VALUE to it. And if you do not like that, then STOP BREAKING THE LAW YOU RETARDS. Its bullshit that lawbiding citizens continue to be railroaded by these worthless pieces of trash, either from.........

  • either directly by being the victim and having to suffer physically and emotionally, for the rest of their lives, IF they get to LIVE AT ALL. Our children fall prey to these rejects, everyday somewhere in our country a child goes missing, then a previously convicted piece of trash did it. Then we have to shell out our tax dollars to put their sorry asses in jail, then spend more feeding, clothing, sheltering their sorry ass. Not breakin laws is easy the majority of our pop. can do it every day.

  • I didn't say that it did. I was commenting about Scott McAlister who is interviewed in the video.

  • Rod Addicks was convicted of Murder, Arson and Securities fraud involving his Real-estate deals. In 1976 he was diagnosed as a psychpathic personality. All convictions upheld. see book (Plague of Justice) about his crimes and scemes to get out of jail. Also he was convicted of Perjury in Federal court involving his Frivilous lawsuit. The Francke case had nothing to do with Addicks

  • Former Oregon Asst. Attorney General Scott McAlister is interviewed extensively in this video. Five years later the Director of Corrections, Michael Francke, would be murdered, and his body discovered at 12;37 AM on the North Portico of the dome building over five hours after his car was found unattended with it's driver door open. Two officials had earlier (around 8PM) conducted what they termed "a meticulous search of the entire grounds," and found nothing.

  • Franckes' brother Kevin, and Oregon newspaper columnist Phil Stanford have implicated McAlister as someone who may have had a role in orchestrating the Francke murder. It is believed by many that Francke was assassinated by corrupt corrections officials before he blew the whistle on them. McAlister, who had resigned a week earlier as counsel for corrections under the AG's office for 17 years and moved to Idaho happened to be available in Salem at time of murder to be interviewed by NY Times.

  • I have included a video response which may help to enlighten you further. More info can be obtained by going to my YouTube page which includes a link to my website.
