In the first Gulf war 20 years ago, the Americans, as usual, went there claiming their planes "were superior" to Soviet made/supplied airplanes the Iraqi Air Force had back then (bogus claim, like most American claims when measuring their dicks vs the Soviets). The IAF included a few Mig-25s; flying only a handful of missions, Mig-25s smoked two U.S. Navy "superior" Hornets with BVR missiles: both american pilots never knew what hit them.
