They should have a certificate class for weight lifting and nutrition. Thats a very good start they will teach you everything you need to know and answer all your questions.

@ikillu80 Not even remotely similar.Press up is a push motion, this is a pull, so completely reversed, and on a press up the front delt is not under tension in a horizontal plane..

@the713king Working out with weights can stunt your growth, but if you work with your own bodyweight with some of the excersizes he shows you should be fine. I'm 15 too, almost 16, and I've been told that if you're using your own bodyweight (and doing the workout properly) then you can't go wrong in the excersize, and in fact you could probably help your growth. If you're looking to broaden your shoulders try any push up-related excersizes this guy has on his channel.

Guys the AthleanX system really does put on lean muscle. I'm an amatuer boxer so i don't really do every single workout in the system. I pick the workouts that incorporate more than one muscle. After only 2 weeks i've noticed that i'm looking more muscular. Imagine 3 months!!
resistance bands are practical but what about increasing the resistance continually with resistance bands? in my opinion real weights are superior cause with them you can increase with tiny steps. when you use resistance bands the steps are much bigger and you cannot increase forever.

Hey Bartczernicki....you're partially correct, but using the principle of what I called Muscle Fire Fusion, you're getting the end result to be much greater than the sum of the individual parts (or exercises in this case) by getting muscle groups that work in conjunction with each other to maximize the benefit of what each muscle could do on their own!
