I've always used Realplayer to download any flash vid to my computer, it's free and has always worked great. Anytime I watch any flash vid a little box appears over it with the Realplayer icon that says Download This Video, I just click it if I want and it puts into a folder in my library and it will open with Realplayer.  I think I have 72 clips in my Realplayer right now, works great if YouTube or anyone else deletes the vid.
