I recently became a Christian....I will never regret it. Now, I'm just working on my friends...and myself. I'm giving it all up to God...its not easy, but the more I give, the more he gives back! I was 13 when I asked God to become my savior....3-13-11. I love my church, and in the past week, I have had 2 services change my life...Praise God. He is alive!

The world is the same, but it LOOKS different, if that makes any sense. Jesus is both more accepting and docile than I thought, and more terrifying than I imagined. I'm not sure if people really understand what has happened here or why. A thought that I had that came to me is the purest form of love will not try to protect itself. That explains alot.

@oneleggedspider Praise the Lord! The Bible says, "That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. For the scripture said, Whoever believes on him shall not be ashamed." (Romans 10:9-11) Google it and read through verse 13. I couldn't get it all to fit on here. I plan to talk to you in Heaven :)

It is not great mystery, to follow Christ is simply regonizing that He is the Son of God who died paying our price of sin, resurrected on the 3rd day and is now sitting on the right side of the Father our advocate. By declairing such truth, reading the true living word of God, & honoring His ways is it. There will be challanges testing your faith, but staying faithful will reap great rewards. GOD BLESS YOU!

He will then explain the horizontal (everything that is going on in the world). If you only judge according to what is going on in the world, you will not understand Him! Run to HIM!!!

I know EXACTLY what you're going through. I was agnostic all my life and yet I was hungry and thirsty for Him.
I kept searching and searching. The desire grew over the years. He finally answered my prayers -- after that realizing that His timing is perfect.
Read Mark 4:10 -- "... To you has been given the secret of the kingdom of God..."

@oneleggedspider, that's almost more inspiring than this song! this song really touches my heart too. a relationship with Jesus Christ is easy! just like any other relationship on earth, except this one is with your creator and He loves you as a son or daughter, unconditionally. to develop this relationship, spend time with God. Hear what He has to say to you by reading his personal love letter to you, the bible. speak your heart to him by spending time in prayer. find a good church.

Have been for about a year now. Following Christ is the scariest, hardest, BEST thing I'm doing right now. @emmyandbailerz Hi. Thx for the support...and you're right, it IS hard. But that's why I trust it. I know now why it's called the narrow way. The world is the same, but it LOOKS different, if that makes any sense. Jesus is both more accepting and docile than I thought, and more terrifying than I imagined. I'm not sure if people really understand what has happened here or why. A thought that I had that came to me is the purest form of love will not try to protect itself. That explains alot.

earlier i was on my computer and all of a sudden i hear my 5 year old sister singing this song. :) I said, "hey, come here for a sec." when she came over i said, "Were u singing that song from church?" "Ya" I couldnt help but smile at the fact that she knew the words after the first time she had heard it. :D :D
