  • @PokeTVable split!! you want the most intensity when you hit each body part ...so doing everything would make the muscle that you saved for last not get hit as effectively...so do 2 a day depending on how many days you go to the gym...big muscle small muscle ...like Lee showed you here (chest and shoulders)

  • never lock your arms when pushing up / Exercise, 3:02..........you need to keep them bent

  • @fatrat369 depends ...for shoulders sometimes you got to lock out to flex the delt better...i'd say better advice is lee should wear a elbow protector

    2 minutes between heavier exercises. 1 minute between smaller exercises.

  • @ImT0ph3R No you will build muscle endurance which is good but if you cant get heavier weights focus on trying to make the weights feel heavier buy perfrming the excersise super slow time under tension will help build muscle.

    do chest and biceps, since your triceps are working when you do chest excercises.

    chest and triceps cause when your working your chest most exercises invoolved your triceps too...

    bieceps and back are similar, most upper back exercises involve bieceps

  • the first machine is very good, i could bench a lot more than i can lift on that machine

  • I think we have similar body types. I bounce back and forth between powerlifting and bodybuilding, so i grow pretty well year round where i change my workout every few months. I started doing band pull aparts and they really helped delt developement. I started doing them in my circa max for powerlifting but now i will include them in my body building training also. I use the short mini's for the exer. They work great, give em a shot Lee, i think they will give you better detail also.

    so focus on high reps

  • First of all..GREAT videos. you're a great person to have on youtube when it comes to weight training. I've started using those machines as well in my gym. For bench, incline bench, and shoulder press. Much easier than racking up a bar..and no need for wreckless spotters. Lots of people talk about the pros and cons about machine/free weight. What's your take on it?

    I have many question people been giving me alot of different answers, but I wanna know the true, i'm trying to gain weight, "20 pounds" and I only have dumbbells to work with, no barbell, I need workouts to help increase mass, any info, i'm on week 24, i'm 19 yrs old, 150 pounds at the moment, 5'8

  • @sakoking to get cut, focus on losing body fat. and realise that most bodybuilders work out for years b4 they get that big. it's not gonna happen overnight. if you really feel you are getting too big, I guess you could lower the intensity of your workout and eat less. intensity builds muscle

  • thats a big mofo, only thing i can really say is on the hammer press he def shouldnt lock his elbows like that..... not that it really matters, id rather avoid that kind of thing myself tho

  • The problem is your Incline Bench Press and Shoulder Press is bad form for your joints. You lock your elbows all the way up. Its going to cause you big problems for your elbow joints in later stages of life.

  • um, if you don't lock out, it's not a full lift (at least in powerlifting or olympic lifting)....so stop talking out of your ass

  • yeh but if u wana lift for years u lock out evrytime it will fuk ur joints. body builders and powerlifters are different man

  • fair enough, but when you're lifting you wanna strengthen your joints too, otherwise your muscles will be too strong for them and you will injure yourself easily

    u should do at least 4 sets of each exercise... also chest goes better with triceps

  • idk where you learn this stuff but there are different ways of working out.

  • yeah there are... but when you work the chest, usually you work a little bit of the triceps.

    ex: when you do bench presses for the chest your triceps is solicitated a bit

    or an ordinary example : when you do push-ups... your chest, triceps, and shoulders are solicitated

  • in 1 day i work my triceps, shoulder, and chest and back. Lower back and quads and calves and hamstrings for another day.

  • the chest, triceps and shoulder is a very good combination....

    but 4 groups on a day are way to much... u should do a maximum of 3 groups.

    try doing 3 groups on a day, so that your total workout should be of 3 days not 2.

    1. Eat!, proteins, carbs, eat!!!!! Not too much, and not a lot of fats and sugars, there are limits. But Eat!!!

    2. Compound exercises. Deadlifts, squats, bench etc...

    3. Take steroids.

  • i said "HOLY CRAP!" when i saw the 200lbs pec dec flyes lol. i always do around 50-70% of the weight that i bench press for flyes.. doing it without spotter, so i needa be careful a little! =D

  • he deffinately is stronger than that, he did the exercises with near perfect form, if he slipped down to just good form he cud lift way more!!

  • probably just a demo. This dude is definitely stronger than what you're seeing here.

  • I wish I could use machines as well as you. Use free weights, you can use half the weight and get twice the workout. Trust me, Machines aren't nearly as effective.
