Carnival Fascination Going under bridge in Jacksonville Florida

This bridge determines what time you leave and what time you enter the port. You itinerary might say leaving at 4:30 pm. My stormy Oct. 6, 2011 cruise did not leave until 8:30. Upon returning, we docked at the cargo terminal on the ocean side of the bridge at 6:30 am. We did not go under the bridge until 12:30 pm. We did not get off the Fascination until 3:30 pm! The Fascination ship is good but you people in Jacksonville have a crappy bridge to go under. The bridge was as bad as the storm.
