People seem to have interpreted my comment wrong. You see it was not a dis aimed at Foo Fighters or Grohl. I consider David Grohl a brilliant "legend in the making" icon musician,...a visionary artist. But he can be very dark and complex, at times. It's still Nirvana to me, and it still echoes Kurt. Think of the song "Polly", and then you can see that I meant the lyrics came across as a "character probe"...in the higher level. Certainly not David himself though,...not in any way.
