Ronnie did not write these lyrics recently either, he wrote them in prison, during the time he was still holding a grudge against ETF and probably felt the need to get his side of the story out to his fans.

I think writing is what helped Ronnie, and singing, getting it out to the public was what he felt he had to do. Maybe he wanted fans to know how he felt, but he is over it now.
