@TheAlexagius I don't know what to say. I personally wouldn't feel safe seeing someone near me holding a gun (e.g. in a bar). When people drink too much or just have a bad day they may overreact. If you add a gun in the middle ugly things may happen very fast. I value freedom of speach but I think that the governments will ultimately do what the people want. I don't think people will start shooting government officials if they feel their freedom is taken away. They can through vote !
@TheAlexagius I still think something should be done to help ensure that the guns do not fall into the wrong hands. It is illegal to drive after you drink alcohol too and still many do that . And even if their driver license is suspended they get it again after some time and they do that again(drive after they consume alcohol ) until they are caught again.
@TheAlexagius So I think that at least a person should not be allowed to carry /buy guns if has a specific criminal record and/or committed specific criminal offenses that may indicate a dangerous behavior.
