You are aware that you don't need the first quotation marks so you can just do:

bind (key) "vocalize playerdeath"

You don't need it because it's to make it realise there are spaces in the command so basically it just glues the command together

there are many ways of vocalising a character in the game, usuing the method i show in the video is the most basic and simple, and the commands in the sidebar are ALL if not most of the available vocalizations. try vocalize PlayerDeath, or vocalize PlayerHelp a few times since each one can play up to 5 different sound bits, not just a single specific one, and they all vary depending on the character your playing as.
