  • how did you chance the colour???

  • can you add a to do list??

  • @straus001 you can open up "My Day" on a mac and put your to do list

  • This is nothing like OneNote. Evernote is the closest thing iv'e found.

  • Feels like one note lite, but yeah, it would be better if there was a one note app for mac, and no, evernote isn't better, just alike and multiplatform

  • can you edit and send stuff to and from skydrive?

  • @BReveningstar i love skydrive!

  • Has this dude seen OneNote?

  • If you want that is as good as OneNote, use EverNote. Its better than OneNote

  • @High0n0xygen Thanks so much EverNote is so good! :)

  • Try Curios Zengobi. Way better then one note and notebook (which is nothing like one note kid).

  • This is great! Thank you so much!

  • OMG!!! you lilshawty are a freaking genius! that's what i've been looking for all this time. I loove looooove u for this lol.

  • thanx :)

  • Also try soho notes.

  • You can also try other programs like Zengobi Curio for Mac, Circusponies, etc. Google them and you should be able to find them. I like them both. I hope this helps.

  • This is not like Onenote at all. You can't make sections and then make sub sections under that, and sub sub sections. You can't share onenote files and open it with these. There isn't any free room at right, left. Run real onenote in a vmware or get a PC, or pray for Onenote for Mac. Cause this aint even close.

  • thank you. Did not know about this. Very helpful, going to use it in class from now on!

  • this still doesnt compares to ONENOTE... is lacking the different Notebooks on the left side, and the extra pages tabs for each CLASS tab. I got mac now but I really really miss onenote!!

  • @JongaLife you can run it in a VM, or use a PC, I mostly use a PC these days, but when I need OneNote on a Mac, I host a VM just for that and a few other apps. I haven't found a replacement for OneNote yet

  • its funny how like no one knows about this...

  • :D to u!

  • Thank you! This is super helpful! I just have one question...within a section tab, can I make multiple pages instead of typing all my notes from different days on one long "page" (ie- Sept 7th would be one page, Sept 8th would be the second page, Sept 9th would be the third page).

  • I've had my Macbook for 3 years. And I NEVER knew this was on it.

Awesome, Grade 12 won't be as hard now, thanks! :O

  • @CravenFireX nigga u need to repeat elementary school

  • @TheVlogDoodBaby i fucking hate trolls

  • Thank you so much. I'm a faithful wagon tablet user for 3 years and I've been wondering how you can write notes on MacBooks for a long time now. Thanks so much for posting this. MS really needs to make one note for mac either way though.

  • thank you!!

  • nice. i've been using mac like 2 years and didn't knew that.

  • can you transfer over your one note files to mac....

  • This does not even come close to what OneNote for Windows will do. The bottom line is MS needs to release a Mac version of OneNote.

  • You can install onenote on your mac using crossover. Not the best but it works fairly well

  • If only it had the full power of OneNote... like How Word can act like Publisher for Windows when you go to Newsletter, but it can't open .pubs.

  • is this word included with iwork?

  • Do you get jagged lines when you try to draw smooth curves? When I try to write small ovals and distribution curves, they always turn into little staircases... Do you see it too?

  • the absence of Onenote is a major problem that kept me away from Mac for school

  • is there a way to click anywhere on the page, and type, instead of just typing from the margin?? That is how it is in the actual onenote

  • thanks! i just got my macbook over the summer and was disappointed to see that onenote wasnt on my laptop!

  • yep no problem. i was pretty disappointed as well.
