you can tell he's not exp bartender, cause for job like that you need good lighter, and he doesn't have one. i prefer to have at least 1 good gas lighter and box of matches for cigars and pipes in my pocket at all times

ya, except that we have a no-smoking law in Ontario and there's no need for a lighter for cigars and pipes. I've worked with Bill for 2 years and I know he's been around the game for over 10. The reason the trick took so long is whoever poured the 151 on top let it mix with the amaretto and nothing would lite. He's done the trick numerous times since (once even for this group) and it's worked out much better. Before you talk, get your facts straight
