Very few people dive there without a dry suit. I did...once...my first time there, not impossible. I have a very good 2 piece 7mm Bare wet suit and it's OK, however hands and feet will get very cold. The body it's OK. Imagine walking outside in the winter in -20c in sneakers with no gloves...for an hour. That's about how it felt. Plus the energy the cold drains from you will make you very tired and not doing 2-3 dives per day.
I must have watched it 5 times in a row. The images are truly breathtaking and the whole thing is quite inspiring.

I am not sure where it starts being salty but, it is alerady salty around there, just like regular ocean.
