@bigpowerfulpeople not so much philly as a whole but in Manayunk where this is shot and where I live it's mostly footage of Main Street, River Road and East Falls as they are all sitting at the river and the wissahickon transfer station which has the wissahickon creek running through it with the water fall so that part of ridge avenue flooded. Kelly Drive was also flooded. All of this is in very close proximity to each other and all along the schuykill river.
