BTW...yesterday, 3/26/10...at 145am..got an expected loud rumble of thunder....tried to tape it as I catapulted out of bed..but that was it.  I did upload an interesting YouTube video on 3/25....going thru the carwash..pretending it is a supercelled-Tstorm!! Wanna SEE it???

Thanks for that video. I live in the San Bernardino mountains in California and we keep have snow, though most of it melts the next day. Right now on the lea side of our house we do have about 4 feet of snow, but the sun doesn't shine there much.

Nice mate! the worst storm ive ever had in Sydney Australia was in 2007 and we had 80-100km winds (about 50-60mph winds if you use the imperial system), big flashes of lightning that took out the power in Sydney for 4 days (6 days where i live) and heavy rain =l. the storm lasted about one and a half weeks

This happened so fast yesterday, that I did not have time to get outside with my camera. But my son said they drove through a rainbow over a bridge on the Chattahoochee!

I miss those awesome squall lines near atlanta as they can be EXTREMELY scary. I know how excited you must be :) Nine inches of snow are forecast to begin tomorrow nite here in Colorado Springs and ya can bet I will film it :)
