I did the Lakebed Temple again today. Currently doing a 2nd playthrough of TP, so... I got lost in the beginning when I entered the central room. Yes. I'm serious. xD But after I remembered ''oh, gotta jump onto a different lever to make the stairs turn :O'' it was all cakewalk! No walkthrough needed.

However, on my OoT playthrough it's the Fire Temple and then the Water Temple. Now that will be a completely different story... It's a freakin maze! D:

i have to say, this is the crapiest water temple in the series! the puzzles were very boring to solve, the keys were easy as hell to obtain. the only reason why this temple is hard, is because of how gloomy and dark it is, not to mention it's huge and horribly colored. the puzzles were easy to solve. the problem was that nothing was clear. the colours and the design made the puzzles hard!!

@crocasaur Your opinion. I don't see how the colors could make a puzzle hard and this dungeon wasn't dark at all. Look at the Shadow Temple in Oot for example. I got lost a lot in there just because I couldn't see shit on my screen.

@aBDKstan hahaha !!!! i agree about the shadow temple! :p all i meant that this temple was dark colored! it was really hard to memorize it due to how many ways there was and it wasnt colorful! for example: it is really hard to see where you are going. the caves are hard to see, and more! i know i am not clear but i really got lost in here the first time! not to mention it waas hard to memorize!

Lakebed Temple is WAY easier than the stupid OoT Water Temple. First playthrough of OoT, took me 8 hours of gameplay to beat Water Temple. First playthrough of TP, took me... 1h45 mins to get to the boss. Music's awesome for both, though.

Doesn't anyone ever give the design a thought ever? This was a well designed dungeon. You could swim around with the flippers, the bosses were pretty cool. The Water Temple in Ocarina is boring and repedetive as hell though.

I remember spending 3 hours on this 1 temple without turning the game off and without NO help, but for some reason, I didn't really complain about this temple. Also, I played this BEFORE the Water temple in Ocarina of time. The first time i played the water temple was in Ocarina of Time 3D, and that place took me 2 hours to complete and the MQ version took me an an hour and 45 minutes, and I actually ENJOYED that temple!

I think what made the water temple frustrating for me on oot, was the pausing /unpausing for the boots...it really needed to be a C item. Looks like they would have seen that before the released it. It was sluggish in that dungeon..go to oot pause vs MM and you can tell a difference there's no lag

You knwo to all of you complaining about the water temple, let me tell you, it sure did give me a hella trouble abut it never made me ragequit. It did make me let out a few curse words and it's hard for me to do that. Don't get me wrong they are ridiculously hard.

The temple of the Ocean King however, THAT made me throw the DS multiple times. Idk how it's still working but that dungeon to me was way worse than the water temple. You get hit by a single phantom, you have to redo everything again

@Lightningstrike1220 Uh...I HATE Temple of the Ocean King. I hate going back and fourth to that temple, being timed, chased by phantoms and all that crap. I don't know why THAT temple is not as hated as the OOT Water Temple. Maybe it's because that game came first, and many people played OOT then Phantom Hourglass. I also hated how Jolene chases you in that game, and IT'S SCARY when she finds you while you're not paying attention. And there's NO escape from her!

I just found out why this temple is confusing. Take a look at where it is. At the bottom of the lake. Geeze what other temple was at the bottom of the lake in a certain Zelda game. Yep it is probably the exact same place but years later and with a different name. Great. Just great.
