Battlefield is meant to be played on the PC, yea sure introduce it to the PS or XBOX or whatever u use these days, but pure Battlefield Essence is only experienced on the PC.

@Hittokiwi but they made consoles to make online more of a challenge, as you cat get all these aim bots and hack. yes you can get some on consoles but they get patched fast, as on PC you dont need to update your online server so people can use hacks on them

this game is horrible, i couldn't make it past the 3rd level, not because it was hard, but because the graphics are bad, the AI enemies are stupid, your allies stupider, your enemies re-spwan so there is a never ending hoard of them, the only redeeming part about this game is you can switch characters as many times as you want mid-level. Other then that this game is garbage.

This game was awesome for it's time, i still have it for 360 but it just collects dust, had they fixed, the worm glitch as well as hiding in walls or stairs, i would still be playing it today, Bad company didn't make the cut for me, to much bs, bc2, we will see the demo seems good, although it is only one stage and once again u cannot lay down

Yes they do. It's Battlefield 2: Modern Combat for PS2, not Battlefield 2 for PC. The games had the same essence but barely had anything in common.

OOT; Dice made quite a remake of some stuff they tried on Modern Combat and applied them to Bad Company 2, like the mortar strikes for example. Besides what people say, MC was a solid and entretaining game and an awesome FPS for console. Nothing compared to the real PC Battlefield but worthy nontheless.

@Seathal yeah actually i just looked up 360 gameplay and yes this is the ps2 version, my bad. The xbox version didnt look amazing still though, since it was actually ported off the original xbox and improved then released on 360. But yes, nonetheless, a fun game.

did you know on Modern Warfare 2 that when you (im guessing) get a 7 or 10 kill streak, you can order a gunship to fly around and you use the guns on the ship instead of just like a airstrike.

This gunship idea can easily end up either being completely overpowered or practically useless when someone has the SAM equipped.

You have to look for balance of traits in order to make a good game. So far infifnity ward is not doing this well.
