Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Loved this I added a little bit of water to the bottom of the pan and covered with foil to keep them juicy. loved this simple dish.

You can use the oil first before the honey so the oil makes it more easier and slipperier for the honey to come out.

why don't food channel chef's remove lemon seeds ?? I have noticed too many just leaving them in. How I hate biting down on one of those nasty seeds.

@9aspengold5 You could remove them when you are cooking. It's not like when they finish cooking they give you the food with lemon seeds.
