no it shouldnt have been the Quagmire show. Seth Mcfarlane already does a million voices for family guy and american dad last thing he needs is another show he has to write, produce, and be the primary voice talent for. Mike Henry is the most logical person to get his own spin off, he does almost as many voices as Seth and has the highest chance for success. Besides Seth Mcfarlane said Quagmire is despicable and having his own show would never work.
