I have reason and recycle and am having a hard time getting my chopped samples where I want them to be. I am using Axiom 25 along with the two softwares. Peace Godsuhn, I don't know if you'd remember this but one time back in 1998 we met at Rouge Music, I was there picking up my Ensoniq ASR-X which was upgraded to the turbo version along with the 16 MB Ram upgrade and I think you were picking up your MPC. Anyway we had this ASR-X vs. MPC debate and you felt the MPC had the superior sampling engine because it was louder and I preferred the ASR-X because of the filters and effects. I have reason and recycle and am having a hard time getting my chopped samples where I want them to be. I am using Axiom 25 along with the two softwares. Do not listen to ingrates that have posted negative post. Where is there stuff at and who are they teaching? I've been watching alot of music production techniques due to my uni and have to say that hip hop producers may be the least creative group of producers in the music scene. All those guys do is sample other people's good music and rearrange it so that you can still tell what song was sampled.
The real art of sampling are producers like Avalanchers, Mr Ozio and Daft Punk who use thousands of samples just for one track and you cant tell where the sample is from. Not just rinsing one sample over.

Peace Godsuhn, I don't know if you'd remember this but one time back in 1998 we met at Rouge Music, I was there picking up my Ensoniq ASR-X which was upgraded to the turbo version along with the 16 MB Ram upgrade and I think you were picking up your MPC. Anyway we had this ASR-X vs. MPC debate and you felt the MPC had the superior sampling engine because it was louder and I preferred the ASR-X because of the filters and effects.
