I hate how people think these days. Muffins aren't healthy, never. So even if you throw a frickin apple in there, then only the apple itself is the healthy part, the muffin itself still contains just as much fat and callories as it always did. looking for a healthy muffin is like looking for a healthy form of candy, there is no such thing.
