the graphics are identical but because the psp go has 3.8 inch screen instead of the 3000's 4.2 inch you very slightly crisper visuals.

PSP go to me seems somehow a "silly invention",what if I don't like the downloaded game anymore?I mean it's not like selling the old

francise/game at GameStop or where ever 2nd hand.A system with 2 options would likely be better (as seen on DSI with SD-Card slot) ;-)

to download the same games on your existing PSP (if you have one), all you need is their Media Go software to start getting busy (free download) + USB cable + memory stick large enough to carry your downloads (2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB...) in your regular PSP.

if the graphics looks awesome, keep in mind the graphics are in no way updated from the existing PSP, so it's down to the game how awesome or not the graphcis look, not the new hardware.

In fact, existing PSPs download the same games as the Go will when it's released. There are no Go-exclusive games. They all work equally.

PSP Go is simply a smaller PSP.

ya see, an iphone has an accelerometer, which means it detects motions like tilting on the iphone, which makes a better gaming expierience

You can't attach your PSP camera to the Go. They changed the connector on it.

PSP Go:

* smaller 3.8 inch screen versus 4.3 inch on PSP

* non-removable battery (can't carry spare or replace old battery that can't hold much juice)

* less comfortable controls

* has bluetooth

* has 16GB memory, but a 16GB Memory Stick and a full-featured PSP is still cheaper th an the Go

* no UMD (existing units can download and do UMD)

Seems a lot to pay for a bit of portability and bluetooth.

A new psp and they still fucked the R&D. I got mine at the midnight launch back in what, 05? The only real complaint I have ever heard has been lack of dual analog and they still haven't added it.

not just any psp its the new one coming around October and you have to download the game into a special card you cant just buy the umd. unless they do kinda sell both download and umd disk.

As i understand it the new PSP will work along side the normal PSP therefore you don't have to run out and buy the new PSP if you are afraid of the old onebeing left behind. Alot of the digital games will have UMD counter-parts however there will be some games that are exclusive to the new PSP, which ones i don't yet know.
