I have had only a moment or 2 where I felt burning - drank more water and the feeling subsides. I was up to 3 capsules a day and stopped for a week and will resume tomorrow. Still looking for more info on it, it is proving very hard to find. Experiences are very very few. I am also bathing in it once a week. 1-2TBS in luke warm bath, soak immediatly ( up to neck only) not in eyes.
