  • ok reclusive scotsman you dont know what your talking about im a 1st dan 2nd guep black belt in Tae Kwon Doe. nunchuck is not only for demo it is also for combative use. (if the situation arose)

  • imagine how this would look with glowing nunchucks in the dark

  • An ok tutorial, thing is it says "strikes". Lets get something straight, these should be used for show/demo purposes and NOT for sparring and/or self defence. It is completely unacceptable to be taught that this is a realistic technique for defending yourself.

  • @TheReclusiveScotsman 100% agreed. This has nothing to do with combative use of nunchaku whatsoever.

  • this is a great tutorial on developing angles for the X pattern. good work!

  • Great reggaeton moves, man!

  • I wish they'd just put "Speedchucks" in the title in stead of "Nunchucks."

  • this guy is better then all of u,shame of u just talking don't know anything..ckckckck..

  • you are very right))) people who dont' know anything talk too much. )))))))))))))

  • lol RAVER!!!!!

  • lol hes nowhere near fat, the gi makes him look larger probably.

  • to help everybody who was confused like i was first looking at it, look at his hands instead of the nunchaku. The nunchaku will go where his hands go, and his hands are easier to follow than the blur of the nunchaku

  • hes not fat....its the unifrom...the gi tiop makes everyone look fat...

  • is it easier to use a string or chain for speed chucks because i have some and the chaind sometimes i move to fast and it catches my finger so i think i might get a string speed chuck

  • you make this look e z....i will have to watch this vid a few million times to catch on...man, you are good.

  • this would look so dumb trying to rob someone.....HEY you, STOP! NOw hand over your purse lady!.......O! dont make me use my Speed Chucks!!!

  • you aint never gonna try to rob someone with it you idiot...this is called "ART"! you know the meaning of the word?!

  • whats the name of these kinda chucks. i wanna get some .

  • speed chucks

  • why is the string so short ?

    to make it faster ?

  • why movie your body so much?

  • move*

  • look up 10 most deadly arts, kunf fu is 8, takwondo is 6, those statistics are from experts. Who needs to learn weapons? oh right kids who watch too many movies.

  • Wing chun.... greatest art ever...bless bruce lee the father of mixed martial arts

  • put up a match between the best taekwondo fighter in the world with any shaolin monk kid... the kid will win by far hehehe.'

  • depends on whos fighting

  • If you study martial arts without stydying weapons, you're getting an incomplete picture. Movies tend more to show the guy without weapons beating up all the guys that have them because of his 'mad skills'. While I'm not saying it's impossible, it is incredibly difficult, even with all the training in the world; and in reality, it's usually a matter of taking the weapon away from the other guy and using it against him. Weapons confer an enormous advantage with only a little training.

  • Granted, weapons also provide you with a much greater opportunity to hurt yourself (nunchucks are especially known for hitting the operator in the head), however, unarmed techniques are generally known as self-defense techniques specifically because the sort of situation where you'll likely be fighting and have no weapon other than yourself at hand is one where you're defending yourself against a surprise assailant.

  • Those are NOT SPEEDCHUCKS!!!

  • There's no such thing as Speedchucks, just some name the copycats came up with :).

Also these chux are the ones better for fighting, at least better than the ones that are heavier with a longer chain. :)

  • no your incorrect speed chucks is the name of the nunchaku that have the ball bearing swivels called speed chucks. The one this guy is swinging look very similar to prochux that roy williams and lee barden use. As far as better for fighting thats debateable it really depends on the individual but different styles and lengths of nunchaku lend themselves better to different techniques

  • Ah okey, my mistake sorry.

    I guess I'm still just a beginner :p

  • I totally argee with u. I use a 34" long nunchuck myself with a 10" long metal chain which is much bigger then this one he using..I found out that this is the best nunchuck I've ever use. Because it gives me so much power to each strike..this is because the distance of my nunchuck give me more torsional moment, most importantly I have better control of it over my old nunchuck which is smaller and has shorter chain..and is never being about the weapon, is always about the usage of the weapon.

  • piss easy

  • love it

  • why always with the speedchucks?? y not some nice heavy wooden ones? that would help me alot. i feel like with the speedchucks, its all ment for show

  • real good, i love it
