no you are incorrect if naruto dies so does the kyuubi and saskue doesnt fight neji and no one kils itachi he technicallys dies when he use mangekuyou sharingan to much while he is fighting saskue and plus he was already in a weakend state before so he was fighting usinh less than 50 percent of his strength and to add it up he didnt want to kill saskue he loved him only saskue was fighting to kill him which in my opinion made him stronger(saskue)

Kyuubi is the demon sealed inside of Naruto. He is kinda on Naruto's side. Mostly because if Naruto dies so does he. (I think)But when Naruto loses control, Kyuubi's power is self-destructive.
