@Christonimore i found an installer that worked for me, i got the same problem trying to use the zip in the system/bin method. just download the 3e_recovery_installer.zip onto your pc, then unzip and run the windows batch file and that will install it, type in "recovery 3e modified to work like recovery 2e" in google and it should be the first one at the top

At first I thought I had bricked the phone so I did the three button restart and redid the process. This time, same thing - I pressed all buttons and nothing happened until I tapped the power/sleep button twice and now all is good. This is a pretty amazing ROM and no more ATT Bloat Ware. :-)

Just wanted to say thanks. I came from an Iphone 4 and am good at jailbreaking etc. but this android stuff just blew me away. Then went to download and install infused and clockwork recovery didnt boot up. Went to stock boot up screen, tried reinstalling packets multiple times, didnt work. What do i do?

@bfield2280 ok listen to me... i had this very same problem. get root explorer, go to your custom recovery file you put in the system/bin file, make sure you click read write at the top of the screen, press and hold the recovery file, click permissions and deselect the middle check mark on the middle row and hit ok. That will fix your problem. it did for me.
@jonx15 The inspire was built to be a lesser model. I bought both, and most indefinitely the infuse is better. This is late, but I;m just clarifying it. The prices are different; that should answer it enough.

@Frady2587 The first rebut will take a long time if it restarts the x boot screen then you have done something wrong and are in a boot loop.

@jonx15 The inspire was built to be a lesser model. I bought both, and most indefinitely the infuse is better. This is late, but I;m just clarifying it. The prices are different; that should answer it enough.
