To answer a question or two and also second another ones post, I too heard that it was Brooks who wrote it, second, I believe that's ty smith on drums josh freese although considered 1/4th of the vandals by the band and many fans by this time he was only gracing the stage with them when the shows were closer to home as he was a full time member of a perfect circle and a stand in drummer for about 50 other awesome bands... And a shitty one here and there ie avril lavigne (gotta get paid)
