Not when it reveals the shoulders and has slits revealing the legs too. That exposes the cheongsam's origins which came from the "club scene" where smoke, drinks and others things are flowing unimpeded, especially the money of the "wealthy" and the frivolous. It is not traditional as such.

@hnbdg0908 Your agruements are pretty good that smokers and drinks spoil the day or night. IF people have such bad habits - why should people with good habits share such poison? Opps, sorry to tell that truth. On the other hand, who cares if girls show their legs- go to any beach, girls walk aroung in swimm suits with top and underwear style always! IT is NOTHING new.
