Can you use it near vegetable gardens?

I've read this takes two years and is only effective on japanese beetles and not other kinds of grubs. We have moles and they are tearing up our yard and we have to find something natural to use as we have a well.

@alm260 TO catch moles, put peanut butter on mouse traps. This works great!!! You'll catch mice and moles.
