But there's plenty of chefs out there, have been and will be, who are top notch in their own way and some if not most of 'em know better how to treat their staff and customers. Just remember that Gordon was in the brigade of Marco Pierre White, and back in the days he had not been such a mouthy cunt. You obviously have your opinion about chefs from the TV, and that really sucks balls!

They were on £500/week (which was a lot in 1998). Ramsay wanted his three Michelin stars DESPERATELY, and fuck me, he got them. I don't think you lot realise what it takes to inspire excellence, you don't just put "3 Michelin Star quality Junior Chef" positions on the JobCentre website and watch them roll in, lol.
