Song names can be whatever the artist decides and Rainbow in the Dark isn't exclusive to Dio. It's a very abstract combination of words, thus, making abstract groups such as Das Racist feel like it would suit their song. They didn't use Dio's title, they made a song all their own and put up three words to give it a name.
