must include the second part, and he's being very careful with that. i don't think she speaks well at all, i think she is a moron.

"Speaks well" and persuades people that listen to her. "Speaks well" was general, "persuasively" was specific to her current supporters.
He knows, everyone knows, who has said all along that she is "a moron" is someone "to be reckoned with" now after she's made that apparent.
The sad attempt to devalue that isn't going to change the reality. Clinton knows she has what it takes to be a masterful politician, because he is one himself....and you should listen to him.
