We obviously meant no mods used to do the stunts. Cubanwhip used the State of Liberty mod to stunt in. Sorta like the Liberty City Mod that tons of people use to stunt in Liberty City.

I spawned the cheetah up there. Sometimes you have to go around the rules to get to good spots. :P
