ultimo is right, nitrous is nowhere in the same universe as liquid or jump up, bad co. uk is classic tech step, and dillinja runs the valve sound system thats almost a blasphemy, wicked tune tho

It aint about which genre is easiest it's simply about what genre you love. Drum & bass is one of the hardest because of the speed. I love drum & bass, thats what I learnt to mix on because and thats probably what ill be mixing for years to come. For example, whats the point in mixing hip hop cos you think it is easier than dance when really you would rather be mixing dance anyway?
i'd say D&B is good to learn with because it's a fast tempo so the beats are closer together meaning you can adjust it faster, whereas with slower tempo's you have to wait slightly longer to hear if the next beat is in time, understand??

Another note - for some reason i often spin back records before i take them off... doenst do anything, dont know why i do it. from one bedroom dj to another - keep it up :)

Take the phono to phono lead from your mixer, plug the leads into a phono to stereo 3.5 mm jack plug, and plug that into your pc.
Make sure your speakers are turned down when the system turns on, then you can set your pc's volume and your mixers volume to your own preferences.
